Seats are limited to nos. 75 for each workshop. Thus, workshop registration will be given on first come and first serve basis.

- Residential packages are applicable only to Indian Delegates.
- Spot Registrations subject to availability.
- Right to admission reserved.
- We will consider the date of receipt of DD/Cheque while processing the registration as per above deadlines.
- PG Student/Resident should provide bonafide certificate to avail concessional rate.
- Charges incurred for bank transfer will be borne by payee.
- Kindly attach the scan copy of MT100 / Bank advice if paying through bank transfer.
- All credit card payments would be charged an extra 2.9% as processing fee.
- CME certificate only for full attendance of the program (Delegates are requested to adjust travel schedules accordingly as the meeting ends at 5.30 pm on 21 August 2016 and certificates shall be handed over in person. Absentees due to any reason including travel shall not get the certificate)
Residential Package Includes:
- Residential Package 1 includes Registration, airport pick and drop and Single Occupancy accommodation for one night.
- Residential Package 2 includes Registration, airport pick and drop and Single Occupancy accommodation for two nights.
- Room Rates are inclusive of breakfast, Wi-Fi & applicable taxes.
- All other charges to be settled with the hotel directly before check-out.
- Check – in time is 1500 hrs and check out time is 12 noon.
- Early check in / late check out will be given subject to availability.
- Residential Package 1 : 20th August, 2016, Check out on 21st August, 2016.
- Residential Package 2 : 19th & 20th August 2016, Check out on 21st August, 2016.
