It gives us great pleasure to invite you to yet another edition of "CLEVELAND CLINIC ADVANCED CERTIFICATE COURSE IN DIABETES 2018 (CCACCD 2018)", to be held on 18-19 August, 2018 at New Delhi. The course is being organized by Dr. Makkar’s Diabetes and Obesity Centre, New Delhi, in collaboration with Cleveland Clinic, Ohio, U.S.A.

As you are aware, Diabetes and Obesity Centre has been actively promoting education in the field of diabetes and obesity by way of structured education programs for physicians and family practitioners for more than a decade. Cleveland Clinic is one of the world's largest and highly acknowledged centre of excellence for providing diabetes care in the United States. Currently Cleveland Clinic is listed as one of the three top diabetes centres in the world along with Mayo Clinic and Massachusetts General Hospital. Academic support and certification from Cleveland Clinic Department of Endocrinology for this program is certainly a matter of pride and endorses our efforts in the field of diabetes and obesity education.

CLEVELAND CLINIC ADVANCED CERTIFICATE COURSE IN DIABETES 2018 (CCACCD 2018) is going to be our nineth collaborative program. It is indeed a matter of great satisfaction that all the previous programs have been very well attended and highly appreciated as being very practical and relevant to clinical practice. CCACCD 2017 was attended by more than 1200 physicians, diabetes specialists and endocrinologists from across the country and was a grand academic feast enjoyed by one and all. And this year we expect the numbers to touch 1500.

"ADVANCED CERTIFICATE COURSE IN DIABETES" will focus on recent developments in understanding of diabetes and their clinical implications in a highly interactive format.
