Industry Participation

As you are already aware  CLEVELAND CLINIC ADVANCED CERTIFICATE COURSE IN DIABETES (CCACCD)2020 is scheduled for 29-30 August 2020. CCACCD has been instrumental in disseminating latest information and enhancing the clinical acumen of participants in the field of diabetes. All the CCACCD programs in past have been highly appreciated and the participation has been growing every year.  CCACCD is acknowledged as a highly academic program with focus on latest developments in clinically relevant areas.

However, this year whole world is facing a great challenge of COVID pandemic and all major live meetings have been cancelled or postponed. Though we hope that things will improve by August, there are certainly going to be concerns relating to COVID risk during travel and gatherings. However, this concern should also not deprive us from gaining knowledge and updating ourselves. Therefore, we are going virtual and CCACCD 2020 will be held as per schedule i.e. 29-30 August 2020 on digital platform.

As we have witnessed in past 10 editions, CCACCD 2020 once again will bring you recent developments in understanding of diabetes and their clinical implications in a highly interactive format. State of the art lectures, debates, updates from latest trials, real-life case study templates and workshops delivered by academic leaders in the field of diabetes will create ample opportunities to learn and discuss the application of current concepts of diabetes management to clinical practice. The course aims at enhancing knowledge and clinical skills of the participating physicians. All the participants will also be getting a certificate of participation from Cleveland Clinic, Ohio.

In addition, there is surprise addition to CCACCD 2020. This year, we are also having an EASD Diabetes Update preceding the CCACCD program on Day -2.  Eminent faculty chosen by EASD Education Committee will be involved in creating a great learning experience.

We have been fortunate to have strong industry participation in the past and hope to have the same response from our industry partners this year also.

Once again, I take this opportunity to invite you to actively participate and support CCACCD2020 and help us in making it a grand success.

Sincerely Yours,
